Run Uber on your Desktop!

Andy OS is a free Android Emulator that is wicked easy to install and allows you to run most Android apps on a Windows or Mac. Here's Uber running on my Windows 7 desktop. (it is quite secure because Android is running in a "virtual machine". Other Android emulators, that don't use a virtual machine, may not be as secure and could expose your desktop files, web activity, etc., to a malicious Android application).
